The last two newsletters were about the agency.
About building it in public, sharing the early stages, and being honest about where we’re at.
In this one, I want to go a level deeper.
Because what we’re building reaches far beyond just pages, brands, or content.
It’s a business model and the more we work on it, the clearer that becomes.
While all of this is coming together, I’ve been reading a book by Alex Hormozi.
Hormozi explains how the same exact product can be worth $19 or $1,997 purely based on who it’s for.
Nothing changes in the core principles.
Only the specificity does.
A generic offer tries to help “anyone who wants to grow.”
A focused offer helps one very specific person solve one very specific problem.

Picture out of his book which highlights this principle.
Why We Chose a Narrow Lane
With that lens, we made a clear decision for the agency.
We’re not trying to help anyone who wants to grow on social media.
That’s vague and vague doesn’t convert.
We’re focused exclusively on six-figure entrepreneurs who already have something working and understand the value of branding, positioning, and distribution.
Not generic editing.
Not surface level consultancy.
That clarity changed everything.
Last week, we started targeting this very specific market for our high-ticket service through BYPR.
And it looks like we’ve already landed our first client before the agency account is even truly live.
Where This Leaves Us
It’s strange to realize that everything we learned from building niche pages was preparation for this.
If things continue the way they’re lining up now, we’re on track for our first $15k+ month from the agency and BYPR next month.
More importantly, this is a lesson I hope you take with you for whatever you’re building.
Because the moment you try to serve everyone, you’re forced into competing on price and that’s a race to the bottom you don’t want to be in.
That’s why I highly recommend reading the book yourself.
In the next newsletter, I’ll disclose who we’re working with, and break down the exact changes we’re making and why.
More soon.
